We Inspect Properties in McKinney & Beyond
Professionally licensed and certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission, Inspection Max will inspect properties (commercial as well as residential), taking as much care as if we're buying it ourselves. Our detailed reports are delivered onsite and include full-color pictures and a clear-cut description of the property, allowing the buyer to make an educated decision about their investment. Sam Johnson, the owner of Inspection Max, offers an extensive background in the process of inspections, construction, and engineering, as well as managing client relationships. A dedicated individual, Sam will ensure that all clients of Inspection Max have a clear understanding of the information given through a step-by-step explanation of each report.
All of our inspections are conducted according to the standards of practice as defined by the Texas Real Estate Commission. For larger properties, we use a drone, which allows us to handle properties up to and even larger than 8,000 square feet, as well as buildings with extreme pitches of roofs. We also have thermal imaging capabilities. Constantly staying up to date with our MCE (Mandatory Continued Education) certifications, we pay great attention to rules, codes, and building practices.
